About AVP Ayurveda
AVP or The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (Coimbatore) Limited is a company based out of Coimbatore that is in the field of Ayurveda medicine manufacturing and treatment. Started in 1943 the company was a pioneer in the field of Ayurveda and has since grown to become one of the foremost in its field. Also, known as the AVP Group it compromises of hospitals, research and training institutes, GMP certified manufacturing facilities and has a network Pan India of Ayurvedic physicians.
The Aryavaidyan Shri P. V. Rama Variar born in 1908 started The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (Coimbatore) Limited in 1943.
AVP’s head office is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu in South India. AVP has several branches across the country where one can consult with trained Ayurvedic Vaidyas/ Physicians for their various ailments.
Our products are based on the principles of Ayurveda and follow both the spirit and letter of the sacred Ayurvedic texts. All the herbs and ingredients are sourced carefully from regular suppliers, sourced in season for efficacy of the ingredients and do not have any additives, chemicals or preservatives added. All products are manufactured at our GMP certified facilities and not outsourced. Some of the products are ISO certified as well. Ensuring that we have full control of the end-to-end process and strict quality assurance mechanisms we can vouch for the authencity and effectiveness of the products making it is safe to buy AVP’s products.
All our products carry a unique 13-digit barcode on the packaging that is registered with GS1 a not-for-profit, international organization developing and maintaining barcodes that are globally accepted.
AVP’s manufacturing facility at Kanjikode in Kerala is GMP certified and its newest facilities are created is ISO 22716:2007 certified and designed to meet the World Health Organization’s GMP standards. It produces nearly 500 products, majorly authentic classical formulations, in these facilities blending the best of tradition and modernity and by adhering to a strict quality control and assurance mechanism.

Our customer care team will investigate this at the backend and come back to you with a resolution in 24-48 hours. Non-delivery could happen for various reasons like our courier partners were unable to reach you, wrong address and others. Once completed you will have the option to cancel the order and avail a return else, we will ship the products to you again.
For domestic (within India) orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 business days. We currently do not ship Internationally.
You can make changes to an order that you have placed if it has not yet been shipped. For orders that have been shipped the only option is to cancel the order(s). Click on the link below to know more.
Returns and Cancellation Policy.
We plan our inventory meticulously to ensure that products do not go Out of Stock (OOS). If that should happen do not worry, if you are subscribed to our newsletter and email marketing program we will update you when the product(s) comes back in stock.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, you can track your order. After you place an order on our website you will get an email with a tracking number. Using this number, you can then track your package until it has been delivered to you.
All items are checked to ensure that the seal and the primary packaging are not damaged, post which they are placed in a secondary packaging which is taped before handing over the same to the courier partner.
We currently do not have any exclusive brand outlets.

Yes, you can exchange the product within 7 days of ordering, however the product must be intact with the original seal. If you have an account with us you may log in and cancel the order, only if the order has not been dispatched. Post shipment kindly call our customer care team 18004251522 (Timings 10 am to 7 pm) and we will be happy to help you with your order cancellation.
We do not collect or store Credit Card or Debit Card or any of your banking information as it is directly transmitted through the third payment gateway provider to the payment network or bank.
For Domestic orders: You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, Netbanking methods as well as a variety of Wallets such as Paytm, GPAY, PhonePe and others.

We will be sharing promotion or discount coupons on our emailers, Instagram account, Facebook account or through our influencer programs. All these promotion or discount coupons will have to be used within a specific time period that will be mentioned on the coupon.
