Team work is the way to learn and grow, said Ranjan De. He believes in the spirit of unity and wishes everybody to contribute their own individual effort towards the welfare of the country.
The parts of a story was explained by him as follows:

Puppetry

The hooks represent the starting of the story.
It need not start as the usual stories. Once upon a time or as there was a king. An original story can start abruptly anywhere with any theme, he said. Then comes the features the introduction of the characters and their description.
The body of the story comes next the story is built by developing interaction between the characters.
The fourth part is the crisis part the twist in the story or the tension building.
The fifth part is the tail part where the tension is solved with a happy ending or a resolution. This is the part which makes the reader read the story again and again. Regarding the name for the story he explained that the name must be short and crispy inviting the reader to read the story. It must not be long like a slogan, any proverbs, or offer any solution.
